Can I add in program in excel 2007 like in excel 2003

In Excel 2003 I can add in statistical software which will stay in the home
toggle toolbar. Can I do that in Excel 2007? How can I do it?

If an add-in creates a toolbar in Excel 2003, or adds tool buttons to an
existing toolbar, you should find its tool buttons on the Add-ins tab in
Excel 2007.
