I have someone in our office that says he has heard that you can get free
cause map templates from Microsoft Excel. Does anyone know what these are or
where I could get one?

hi.
personally, i have never heard of a cause map template but microsoft does
have quite a number of templates that you can down load.

you may have to brouse to find what your are looking for.
