Populate row lookup from a cell value
 

Hi,
I would like to reference one cell to populate the value from another cell,
but I want it to find which row to reference from the value in another cell.
For example assume cell F1 has a value of 7 and I want cell A1 to reference
the cell in column B and whatever row matches the value in F1, so I want it
bring in the value from cell B7. If I change the value in cell F1 to 10, then
I want cell A1 to refresh and populate the value in B10. So I think it would
look like =B(F1) but I can't figure out the syntax.
