How can I format cells to be visible onscreen but not print out?
Put the cells on another worksheet, and make sure all linkages to and from
this range go to their new location. Copy the range of interest, go to where you want them to appear, hold shift while selecting the Edit menu, and choose Paste Picture Link. This gives you a dynamic picture of the cells. Right click on this picture and select Format Picture, choose the Properties tab, and uncheck the Print Object checkbox. - Jon ------- Jon Peltier, Microsoft Excel MVP Tutorials and Custom Solutions Peltier Technical Services, Inc. - http://PeltierTech.com _______ "ET" wrote in message ... -- ET Phone Home |
