Sorting time in Excel
I currently use time in the H:MM AM/PM format. I want to sort the time but
instead of starting at 12:00 AM, I want the time to start at 6:00 AM. In other words, I want the times to be sorted as: 6:00 AM 6:30 AM 7:00 AM ..... 11:00 PM 11:30 PM 12:00 AM 12:30 AM And not this: 12:00 AM 12:30 AM .... 6:00 AM 6:30 AM I tried to use a custom sort list but I need to include times in which the minutes will vary. Is this possible? |
Sorting time in Excel
Use a helper column =MOD(A1-0.25,1) and sort by that.

All times are GMT +1. The time now is 02:06 AM. |
