DATA Calculation
 

I have a spreadsheet with a list of names in Column A and a date column in B
In the rows from C to M are various disciplines with points awarded on a
sliding scale

I need to find a way of illustrating when a person in working on a
discipline is awarded the correct points as per the sample below without me
having to manually count them each time
Can Anyone help ?
