Oulook Email routing via Excel

We have an excel sheet in our office that uses VB code to route the document
to other users via Outlook. However, I can not get this function to work in
Excel 2007.

I recieve the error:
Run-time error '1004':
Method 'HasRoutingSlip' of object '_Workbook' failed.

Has this feature been removed from Office 2007? I believe it has from what I
have read but I have not head a definite answer yet.

Upon more research I round the "Send to" functionality in Excel '07 was
removed b/c it was not a commonly used funtion.

http://technet2.microsoft.com/Office....mspx?mfr=true

"Send to Routing Recipient
Description: The Send to Routing Recipient feature is removed.

Reason for change: Removal of this low-use feature from the user interface
improves the user experience.
"

If anyone knows a work around with Excel '07 please let me know.
