Default What are the possible command-line arguments in Excel?

I am trying to open an Excel file as read-only by default, but I cannot find
a list of possible command-line arguments for Excel.

Would someone be able to post a list of command-line arguments, or at least
what command-line argument to use to open a file as read-only?

F1 look up
Customize how Excel starts

then

Use startup switches when you start Excel
