The first choice is to undo the edit which caused the #REF! to appear. It's
usually a case of the edit having deleted a row or column in which a referenced cell used to appear, so either undo (CTRL Z), or if it's to late for that, go back to a backup or an earlier saved version. -- David Biddulph "SammyB" wrote in message ...
