How to determine the minimum value?

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to determine the minimum value from a
list? excluding 0 value, such as
10,0,34,66,0,77, then return the minimum value 10
-1, 10, 0,43,88, then return the minimum value -1
Does anyone have any suggestions?
