Excel 2007 to Excel 95 - VBA converter

When trying to do this, I get a message "To save the VBA project in the Excel
5.0/95 format, search Microsoft Office Online for "VBA converters". I did
this, and could not find anything. Does anyone know where I can get an
appropriate converter? Thanks!
