Paste Special Options

I am trying to get a macro created by someone else to work on my computer.
When I click paste special, I only have 8 options (values or formats not the
combination). The other user has 10 options. They can paste values and
formats as an option. The macro I am trying to use, uses paste special
(values and formats). Do they have a newer version or is there an update
that I can download to get all these paste special options.
Thanks.

Paste Special Options

Paste Special options depend solely on the version of Excel you have.
Several new ones were added in Excel 2002 so if you don't have them you
probably have Excel 2000 or earlier.
