increase data with cursor on cell bottom right corner
Hi,
I can't incremente cells data by setting the pointer on the bottom right corner of the selected cell. The pointer doesn't change to allow to perform such operation. Pls give a hand. Sabin. |

Not too sure I understand the question but I will assume it is something
like: You have a number (say 5) in a10 and you want a11:A20 to read 5, 6,7,8 ... 15 Method 1: enter 6 in A11; select A10 and A11; place the pointer over the fill handle (lower right corner) of A11; drag down to A20 Method 2: select A10; use command Edit | Fill; specify Series; select Columns and stop- number 15; click OK best wishes (please return if I did not answer the question) -- Bernard V Liengme www.stfx.ca/people/bliengme remove caps from email "Rohmann" wrote in message ... Choose ToolsOptions
