Trouble Finding Duplicate Values with Conditional Formatting
Hi All,
I'm using Excel 2007 and need to locate duplicate values in a column. I'm using Conditional Formatting Highlight Cells Rules Duplicate Values. This is picking up SOME of the dupes, but not others. So far as I can tell the cells that are duplicated are identical to one another in every way. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! |

Do some of the Dups have spaces or other "hidden" characters in them?

Trouble Finding Duplicate Values with Conditional Formatting
Thanks Barb! That's what it was! I swear I checked for extra spaces, but I
was looking for them in between words or at the start of the cell. I didn't realize a trailing space would cause a problem. I appreciate your help! :-) "Barb Reinhardt" wrote: Do some of the Dups have spaces or other "hidden" characters in them?
