Fill Colour Prints as Grey
I have a spreadsheet where alternate rows have a fill colour to aid viewing
the correct lines. Although the colour shows fine in the spreadsheet itself when I Print Preview, or Print the colour is gone and is replaced by a shade of grey (i.e Light Green is a light grey, Green is a darker grey). This does not occur on all spreadsheets as I have some that the fill colour prints perfectly. Any ideas |

The only time I get this is with a true monochrome printer.
If I select a colour printer but on the Sheet tab of Page Setup I specify black&white then all colours go (no greys) Can it be a printer options that you have set? best wishes -- Bernard V Liengme www.stfx.ca/people/bliengme remove caps from email "Mikek" wrote in message ... Hi Bernard
No. I get this in print preview before I select which printer to use; and as I say I have other spreadsheets that the colour prints fine.
