filtering unique records ajit

I have two sheets having data fed in by two diff depts of the same assessees
and for same period. I want to delete unique records e.g. For year 200702,
for assessee Excel Ltd. whose challan no is 2 and amount is Rs.20000/-.
Can somebody help
