Converting Formula Results to Actual Data Values

Is there a way to convert the result of a formula into an actual data value
instead of the cell containing the formula itself when copied?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank You.

Copy the cells with the Formula...

Right Click on the mouse, go to Paste Special...

Then Click on Values... and press ok

Try this:

Select the formula cells

From the Excel main menu: <edit<copy

Select the destination cells

<edit<paste special.....Check: Values......Click [OK]

Does that help?
