Grey Background message

I once saw a worksheet that had a pale grey writing as a
background that said "Draft, Numbers are not real"
the writing was at about 45 degrees angle as you were
looking at the spreadsheet.

Is this something buit-in excel where you can set up a
background message that shows on worksheet? how was this
done? I like to do this with my report.

Any idea, much appreciated.

Thrava,

It was probably done with Format - Sheet - Background. It would use an
image file (*.jpg, *.gif, etc.) that had the background image. It will show
only on the screen -- it won't print.
