Hi,

Do the following:

1. On the File menu, click Save As.
The Save as dialog box is displayed.
2. In the Save in list, choose a location to save the file.
3. In the File name box, enter a filename.
4. In the Save as type list, select XML Spreadsheet (*.xml).
5. Click OK
