Filtering credits in a Pivot Table

Hello I created several pivot tables using the same data source. In one of
the pivot tables I need to show credits only. Here is the layout of the
table on the "ROW" section I have invoice year (2004 2005 2006 2007 ) on
the "DATA" I have total sales. Here is the problem all I want to show is the
credits (e.g. -3,256 ) on this particular table without having to change the
source thanks

Chaila Prabhu thanks for your input. The credits and debits are both in the
same column. If I do a filter and check the credits only (anything that
looks like this -300.00 the results is nothing. When I select anything
with a negative value the result is nothing. I want it to show the value
-300.00 thanks
