Please turn off the Caps Lock.
Hard on the ears and difficult to read. 1. Select the range of cells across columns(do not select entire columns) then FormatCellsBorders Hit the bottom border button and the middle border button. 2. For printing, you mean? Page number in a footer or header? Either two manual print jobs or VBA macro. http://www.rondebruin.nl/print.htm#Header Gord Dibben MS Excel MVP On Wed, 9 May 2007 19:38:01 -0700, LLOLA wrote: HOW DO I ADD HORIZONTAL BORDER LINES TO MULTIPLE COLUMNS IN AN EXCEL EXCEL WORKSHEET?
