Default Excel Add-in Headaches!

I have multiple users who need to reinstall the Excel Add-ins each time they
open up Excel.. Any suggestions would be appreciated...

are they sure they have the check mark in the little box after they have
selected the add-in?

Yes, the boxes do have checkmarks in them, which is why this is such a
puzzle..

Default Excel Add-in Headaches!

in tools-options-general is there anything in the "At Startup, open all files
in" block?
is there anything in the XLsStart Folder?
are there any Switches in the startup excel Icon (Right click-properties
target)
