I have to prepare an invoice where beside stating the value of the invoice, I
also have to type the value in words. An axample is $1,234.50 and it will be
converted to "One Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Four and Cent Fifty"

My function offers more parameter checks than others (test other
suggestions with input values shown on my page).
