keep the pivot data format
Can I keep the data format when I refresh the pivot data? I don't like to use
data format function in pivot table, I used the short cut key to format the data, but my format dispeared everytime when I refresh the pivot table. |
keep the pivot data format
Right-click a cell in the pivot table, and choose Table Options
Ensure that Preserve Formatting is turned on, and AutoFormat is turned off, click OK To format the dates, right-click on a cell in the date field, and choose Field settings Click the Number button, and set your number formatting Click OK twice. I tried "Preserve Formatting is turned on, and AutoFormat is turned
off. And format the cell by right click the cell format, but the format dispears once I refresh the pivot table.
