reverse mailing list?

I have excel 2000. I can create mailing labels in MS word using an excel
data base, however, is it possible to create an excel data base using MS word
mailing labels. In otherwords, I have made a MS word mailing list by cutting
and pasting but now want to enter the names and addresses on a spreadsheet so
I can merge them into a sales lettter.
Thanks,
Travlinjohn

Ed Ferrero

reverse mailing list?

Hi Travlinjohn,

So if you paste the Word mailing list into Excel you get something like
this?

Name1
Street
City, Zip
Country

Name2
Street
City, Zip
Country

If that is the problem, check out my blog at
http://www.edferrero.com/Blog/tabid/...4/Default.aspx
for a way to put this into an Excel list.
