On having showed the panel of selection and visibility in excel, it(he,she)
has two buttons of ordering(arranging) in the low part, but these do not
execute anything, or I do him since(as,like) to be able to use them

Select your range first, then hit the A-Z (or Z<-A) button.

Personally, I don't trust those buttons. I always select my range and then go
through the Data|Sort menus.

Thank you for the response, but this doubt is of Office Excel's version 2007,
where I want to arrange 5 graphical objects (rectangle, oval, I circulate,
image and graph) inside the panel of selection and visibility.
