% on numbers - (easy question probably)
Good afternoon,
This is probably an easy question, but I have a pretty big sheet with numbers that were imported (i.e. 22.61). I want all these numbers to be converted to a % but i need the percentage to be after the number (i.e 22.61%). When I use the format cells and put percentage it brings the number to 2261.00%. Is there any way around this. Thank you again -- Message posted via http://www.officekb.com |

I don't want to have to press F2 and a % after each number (because there are tons of numbers) .. Is there any way around this. Thank you again -- Message posted via http://www.officekb.com |

in an empty cell enter 0.01 and copy
select all the numbers you want to convert and paste special multiply format-cells-number-percent and select 2 decimal places.
