Default XLQUERY.XLA!Register.DClick

Every time I open my file I get the following error message:

Cannot fine XLQUERY.XLA!Register.DClick which has been assigned to run each
time [name of file\name of sheet] is opened. Continuing could cause errors.
Cancel opening [file name\name of sheet]?

Does anyone know how I can get rid of this?
