I'M USING MSEXCEL 2003 AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT SYNTAX TO USE IN A FORMULA
FOR THE FOLLOWING EXAMPLE: THE SYNTAX WOULD CONVERT UP AND DOWN A 4 DIGIT WHOLE NUMBER TO THE NEAREST THOUSANDS: 4600 WILL EQUAL 5000 4300 WILL EQUAL 4000 |
