You can't! But you can convert it to 150 minutes by multiplying by 1440:

A1 = 2:30

=A1*1440

Format as GENERAL or NUMBER 0 decimal places.

Result = 150

Note that 2:30 is not 180 minutes, it is 150 minutes

If you want only to display it as 150 minutes, simply custom format the cell
like [m]
