Microsoft XP and 2003 version

Hi,

I want to know the main differences between the two version. I think
the XP are more popular and not the other way round. Can anybody tell
me why??

Thanks..

Saying that XP is more popular may be a bit misleading. If XP has a
larger install base, it is because XP has been around longer, not
because it is better. The decision of whether to upgrade or not weighs
whether you value the impovements of the new version enough to outweigh
the cost of the upgrade (which in a business environment is often more
than just the initial purchase price).
