I have over 900 columns and they were sent to me from an associate. I need to
make 201,354,231 into 201.354 and so on. Remember I have a whole column of
these. Is there a way to simplify this process?

replace "," with a "."
 

Type 1,000,000 into a spare cell and copy it

Select all the numbers to change
Goto EditPasteSpecial and select Values
OK

Format the cells to required format.

clear the spare cell.
