Dear all,
Having prepared a pro forma spreadsheet I would like to highlight the cells that require data input. Is there a way in which I can format these cells such that the they appear highlighted on screen but not when the spreadsheet is printed? Thanks in advance. Regards, Neil |

Hello Neil,
One of the solutions that you might want to consider is to print your spreadsheet in Black and White. To do this in Excel you have to go to Page Setup Sheet Tab and check the Black and White option under print. Another thing, why not use comments in order to indicate which cells require data input? As of experience they don't print unless you specified to print comments on the page setup. Hope this one helps! -- Chester C.
