Default Copy format & formula

I want to distribute a payroll worksheet to a Users to Update details.
I protect sheet & hide the formula. when user inset the row for new man
joing, how can copy the formula with previous column. I don't want to see
formula to anyone.

Default Copy format & formula

Try to use a List (excel 2003) or a Table (xl 2007). A List auto expand
formulas in new rows. To be sura your List auto expand checj this: Option
(office Icon in XL 2007), Proofing Tab, AutoCorrect Option Button, AutoFormat
As You Type Tab and check the appropriate box (In XL2007 Include new rows and
columns in table and Fill formulas in tables............ In XL 2003 i do not
remember but you can figure it out...)
