Excel 2003 cut and paste function doesn't work
 

Recently my cut and paste function stopped working. I still see in Edit cut
and paste are black (not grey). I rightclickcopy ok, then rightclickpaste
a range and nothing happens except the range border blinks at me.
Recently also Clipboard starting showing up uninvited to right of my
worksheets. Maybe related?

this error is related to the Clipboard manager.

In this case you need to restart the Excel.
