data formatting integrity
I have a VBA Macro that takes data from one spreadsheet to another. In
the new sheet there is a little formatting and some sorting. When the Macro ends it seems as though the program stops on a specific cell. In thetask Bar it shows this: Sum = 38565. What should really be in the Cell is Aug-05 as a date. I've tried formatting the from Cell to "General" and to "Date", but these don't seem to work. Can anyone help? |

it sounds like this cell is actually text even if it looks like a number.
try multiplying the cell by one or adding 0. this may solve your problem. " wrote: I have a VBA Macro that takes data from one spreadsheet to another.
