Printing multiple pages onto one page
I have a very wide excel table, which prints out very small on the largest
paper that is available to me. I would like to split the table into two parts, the left half and the right half and have them print on one page, one part below the other. The problem is that the column widths need to be different for each section and putting them one below the other does not allow me to specify distinct column widths for each section. Is there a way to print these two segments on one page, allowing for unique column widths. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks |
Printing multiple pages onto one page
Hi Kevin,
In Excel 2003, Select the right section, Edit - Copy Select a cell below the left section Hold the {shift} key down whilst clicking on the menu Edit - Paste Picture Link Right-click the picture, select Format Picture, set fill color in Colors and Lines to automatic. In Excel 2007, Select the right section, click Copy on the Home ribbon Select a cell below the left section Click Paste - As Picture - Paste Picture Link on the Home ribbon Right-click the picture, select Format Picture, set fill color in Colors and Lines to automatic.
