This option was available in earlier versions by using Alt+Tab or Ctrl+Tab
but can't working with 2003.

A tab within the cell? Not in Excel. In a Word table you can use Ctrl+Tab to
get a tab within a table cell. In Excel, Ctrl+Tab switches among windows but
does nothing if you're in edit mode. Shift+Tab takes you out of edit mode or
tabs the active cell in the opposite direction (left, not right). Alt+Tab
switches among open applications.
