Go to InsertObject. If you want to create & insert a new Word doc (stored
only in the workbook), choose Microsoft Word Document on the Create New page. To link to or insert a copy of an existing doc go to the Create from File page and click the Browse button to locate the doc to be inserted. The doc will display as an object that "floats" on the surface of your worksheet, not as cell content, so you can resize it as necessary. To edit the content, double-click the doc object.
