Excel 2003: Fonts on Formatting Toolbar Appearing As Cyrillic
 

Has anyone encountered having drop-down lists (e.g., fonts on the Format
toolbar) appearing in a different language? Recently, we have had several
occurences of menus or drop-down values appearing in Cyrillic; although,
English is selected as the default language.

This is also happening in Word 2003 when using Captions. When I select
Insert, Reference, and then Captions, both the caption and label are shown in
Cyrillic.
