Mimic a watermark

I am attempting to mimic a watermark in Excel, but I want to use text
("confidential") rather than a picture. "Help" gives good information on
inserting a picture to do this, but not how to do so with text.
Alternatively, if there were a jpeg file of the text "Confidential", I could
use that.

Use Wordart and set color to light gray and transparency to something you can
see through. Maybe 85% or such.
