Automatically saving changes
Do the following:
1. On the Tools menu, click Options. The Option dialog box is diaplayed. 2. In the Options dialog box, click the Save tab. 3. Under Settings, select the Save AutoRecovery info every check box. 4. In the Save AutoRecovery info every text box, enter a numeric value in minutes or click the arrow to select a time in minutes. It is recommended that you specifiy the minimum value so that application automatically save the workbook.
