QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS
Message: I have files on my laptop that are confidential but noticed when I open Excel and look under properties and statistics it says it was last saved by our administrator. (this laptop is a Mac) I asked him about this and he has no answers. We are all networked and he does have access. I have no reason to doubt him and the files were not that important but was curious if there is another answer for this. He would have no reason to save this back to my computer and if it were saved to a usb stick or something the name would not have changed. This was a previous employees computer but it is not all the files and I should have been the only one to have saved this last. |

Are there different users set up on the mac? Do you log in to it?
Administrator is probably you on the mac, not the network administrator.
