Draw circles in Excel

I want to put different radii in cells and want Excel to draw the circles to
scale in the worksheet. Is this possible? And the same with other objects
like rectangulars and triangles (with dimensions in different reference
cells)? Is this possible?
Thanks!

Yes. Calculate the XY coordinates of the vertices of your rectilinear
shapes, or a number of points along the circumference of the circle (using
sin theta and cos theta), then insert a chart using the XY coordinates.
