New Line in Cell
In preparing reports in Excel, one of our managers would like to present
items on another line within the same cell, like: 1st Draft Due Final Review etc. Does anyone know if this is possible? Thank you. Sprinks |

After you type "1st Draft Due", press ALT-Enter. This takes you to the next

As you type, touch ALT-ENTER to get a linebreak in the text.

1. Double-click the cell. 2. Press Alt+Enter to move the cursor to the next line. 3. On the Format menu, Click Cell. The Format Cell dialog box is displayed. 4. Click the Alignment Tab. 5. Under Text control, Select the Wrap Text check box. 6. Click Ok. To return to the Worksheet.
