Hi,
I am creating an external reporting package based on a large source file. In order to consolidate the size of the package I am using Pivot Tables that pull from the source file. Is it possible to update the source of a pivot table "automatically" when the Update Links option is chosen? We go through several iterations and often move from a v1 of the source file to a v2, 3, etc. The pivot table link doesn't seem to be classified as a link and therfore doesn't update. Any thoughts/ideas on how to circumvent this would be much appreciated as automation within the workbooks is key to efficiency and accuracy of data. Thank you in advance for your assistance with this. Kind Regards, JT |
