How to re-use data from a pivot table...
Hello, as someone in this nice group suggested, I've created a pivot
taking data from a sheet in the same file. Columns of my data a day (1,2,3...), bank account, name, company, amount of money, reason. The wonderful pivot shows everything in a wonderful way, having sum of amounts of money ordered in any way I like...the things that I need it to be able to use a cell of the pivot on another sheet. An example: in the pivot I have a cell with the total expences of march regarding Mr. Brown. Now, I would like to create a simple sheet where I can re-use that total for other reasons but that is not possible, for me, because the link doesn't work (the cell position in a pivot change according to the filtered data) and because I don't know how to get a formula for that total. Any help or solution? Maybe it is something very easy for you but I'm worried because I need to re-use those data. Thank you, Ataru |
