Hi all,
I m using office 2003. In Excel i have a importent file. Can IRM feature can
help me to open this file when I LogIn User ID and password to open.

I can not understand the use of IRM feature. How it works. Exactly i want to
give permission to open this file when given user log In with specific
modification right otherwise no body can open.

Is there any way
