I am in Real Estate developments. Some developments are block of flats and
some developments are houses. What I am looking for is a programme or
template where I submit all the details of proposed land for development. The
details that are been submit are the land size, price, cost to for services
(water and electricity), how many plots. The program work out total cost per
plot. It is like feasibility study for a proposed development.

What you asked below is pretty simple with just an excel worksheet. The
problem becomes more complicated becasue the plot sizes and type of plots
vary within a development. You will probably havve multiple plans. You can
put each plan into a different worksheet until you get the finalized plan.
