Como posso voltar a traz?

Not that i know of; once you save, changes are gone. A work-around: before
you save, perform a "SaveAs" command, and save your workbook as the same
name, with "version 2" at the end. dak

But acidental i send SAVE.
It is Excel2003

You must Restore from the Backup copy that you have made previously.
